Try in the field. Started in round pen because she was cranky tho obedient. Played a few games and when she said no--game on with circling, catching game, some fun sideways and sticking together.
Then very steam of consciousness/moment to new moment riding in western saddle walk/trot/canter. Patterns, transitions, loose rein, with contact but no flexion, with flexion, transitions etc.
Keystone: light hack in the ring, warmup, walk, trot--2pt and posting, contact practice, simple lead change practice BEND SHIFT LEG then back to a little contact practice.
