Jen had a lesson at Cottonwood and BA took Riley so I went along with Try. I enjoyed seeing all the new stuff there.
Try was extraverted: 24 hours in a stall for rain, new place, new horses, pond, and raining. She was not scarey to ride but didn't settle so I tried on line games and she still didn't get relaxed. I made the mistake of not matching her energy--i.e. circling game canter on line. I really want to do this again.
I did make strides toward my goal of toughing it out in bad weather: 40 degrees and raining!
